About Nymble PFL 96
Nymble PFL 96, Pokémon - basic, designed by Nakamura Ippan first released in Dec, 2025 in the set Phantasmal Flames.
Nymble PFL 96 is a very low-impact Basic that would only fit into a very casual Grass-type deck that values single‑Energy attackers or coin‑flip synergy, but even there it’s unreliable—its one attack averages just 15 damage (10× per heads on 3 coins), which is far too low for competitive play. It doesn’t meaningfully synergize with common Grass archetypes (like evolution engines, status spread, or big damage scaling), and most Grass decks would rather use stronger single‑Energy attackers or setup Basics with utility abilities. There are many better options depending on format, such as more consistent early attackers that deal flat 20–30+ damage for one Energy or Basic Pokémon that evolve into powerful threats; even within Grass types, cards that provide draw, search, poison pressure, or higher base damage are strictly superior. Overall, Nymble PFL 96 is a filler-level card suited for very new players or theme decks, and it should not see competitive play.
