This card, Night Incarnate, could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on board control and removal, as its deathtouch ability and -3/-3 effect upon leaving the battlefield can help deal with opponent's creatures effectively. However, there are potentially better options like Damnation or Toxic Deluge that offer more impactful board wipes, making Night Incarnate less likely to see play in competitive decks but could still be a fun addition to casual or themed decks for its unique abilities.

Evoke is an alternative cost to cast the spell with evoke. It can’t be combined with other alternative costs, such as casting a spell “without paying its mana cost.”
