Mismagius SF 7, , designed by Midori Harada first released in May, 2022 in the set Stormfront and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on disruption and control could benefit from using Mismagius SF 7, as its Crash Chant attack has the potential to disrupt the opponent's strategy by removing Pokémon Tool and Technical Machine cards, while its Horror Chant attack can punish opponents with multiple Benched Pokémon. However, there are better disruptive cards with more consistent and impactful effects in the Pokémon TCG, such as Garbodor GRI 51. Mismagius SF 7 might struggle to compete with these more reliable options and may not see much play in competitive decks.
