Misdreavus PFL 35 is a very low-impact Basic Psychic-type that deals just 20 damage for one Psychic Energy, so it would only fit into a very budget, beginner-level Psychic deck that simply needs extra Basic Pokémon to fill space or support evolution lines; competitively, however, it offers no meaningful damage, disruption, or synergy, and its low HP makes it an easy Knock Out. Most Psychic decks would be far better off using stronger Basic attackers or utility Pokémon—such as Mew (with flexible attack copying), Cresselia (for energy acceleration), or stronger Misdreavus/Mismagius versions that evolve into impactful Stage 1 attackers—since they provide better damage output, abilities, or strategic value. Overall, this card is outclassed in both casual and competitive play and generally should not see play unless in a very limited or themed format where options are restricted.
