A deck focused on quickly recycling and reusing powerful Pokémon would greatly benefit from including Max Revive GEN 65. While this card allows you to put a Pokémon from your discard pile on top of your deck, there are more efficient options like Super Rod or Revive that directly put Pokémon back into your hand or onto the bench. Therefore, unless the specific strategy of the deck requires placing a Pokémon on top of the deck, Max Revive GEN 65 may not be the optimal choice and might not see much play in competitive decks.
