A deck focused on disruption and card hand control would benefit from Lugia PR-SW SWSH069, as its Wind Pressure attack can be devastating if timed correctly to prevent your opponent from having enough cards in their hand to attack effectively. However, there are potentially better options for similar strategies, such as Mewtwo & Mew-GX with its Perfection Ability or other hand disruption cards like Marshadow-GX.
