A deck focusing on disruption and control would benefit from using Lickitung JU 38 due to its abilities to Paralyze and Confuse the opponent's Pokémon. However, there are better cards available with more reliable effects for disruption, such as Jirachi TEU 99 for its Stellar Wish ability, which allows players to search for Trainer cards. Lickitung should only see situational play in decks looking to add additional disruption effects beyond what other cards offer.
