A deck that focuses on tanky, high HP Pokémon that can benefit from healing effects would benefit from using Leftovers GE 99. While Leftovers provides a consistent way to remove damage counters, there are better options available such as cards like Big Charm or Buff Padding that provide additional benefits like increased HP or damage reduction. Leftovers could see play in certain situations where consistent healing is crucial, but it may not be the most optimal choice in all scenarios.
