This Kingler V BRS 28 card would be beneficial in a Water-type deck that focuses on quickly powering up Pokémon with energy. Its Falling Bubbles attack can provide a significant energy acceleration if the coin flip is successful, allowing for a strong setup. However, due to its high self-damage output with Raging Pincer, it may be risky to use in competitive play. Other Water-type Pokémon cards with more efficient attacks and lower self-damage may be better options for a competitive deck.
