A deck that focuses on disruption and control would benefit from using Jigglypuff RG 65, as its Sleep Inducer ability can help stall and disrupt the opponent's strategy. However, there are better cards available with more powerful and consistent effects for competitive play, such as Hypno from the same set, which can put the opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep without the need for a coin flip. Jigglypuff RG 65 may not see much play in top-tier decks due to its reliance on coin flips and relatively low damage output.
