About Jellicent PLS 39

Jellicent PLS 39, Pokémon - stage 1 team plasma, designed by 5ban Graphics first released in May, 2022 in the set Plasma Storm.

A deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from using Jellicent PLS 39, as its Aqua Bullet attack can put pressure on the opponent's Benched Pokémon while the Spiteful Spirit ability punishes them for knocking out Jellicent.
