While it provides a decent card advantage by allowing you to draw 3 cards, there are better Supporter cards available such as Professor's Research, which allows you to discard your hand and draw 7 cards. However, Hop SSH 165 could still see play in decks that require a more controlled approach to card draw or in decks that can benefit from its specific effects.
