However, there are potentially better options available, such as cards that can consistently put the opponent's Pokémon to sleep without the condition of the Defending Pokémon already being Asleep, making Haunter BS 29 less optimal for competitive play unless combined with other cards to ensure its Dream Eater attack can be consistently utilized.
