Grave Peril, Enchantment, designed by Daarken first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Grave Peril, would be beneficial in a black control deck that aims to control the board by removing threats as they enter the battlefield. While Grave Peril can be effective in certain situations, there are more versatile removal options like Fatal Push or Murder that are more commonly played in competitive decks due to their flexibility and efficiency. Grave Peril may see situational play in specific metagames or casual formats where its ability to remove nonblack creatures upon entry is particularly valuable.

If a nonblack creature enters the battlefield and Grave Peril triggers, then another nonblack creature enters the battlefield, Grave Peril will trigger again and destroy only the last creature to enter the battlefield.
