About Dhelmise CES 22

Dhelmise CES 22, Pokémon - basic, designed by Kyoko Umemoto first released in May, 2022 in the set Celestial Storm.

A Grass-type deck focused on healing and controlling the pace of the game would benefit from including Dhelmise CES 22. While its Giga Drain attack can help sustain your own Pokémon by healing damage dealt, its Powerful Spin attack can provide a strong offensive option. However, considering the drawback of not being able to attack during the next turn, other Grass-type Pokémon with more versatile attacks or abilities may be better suited for competitive play, such as Rillaboom VMAX with its powerful Drum Roll attack. Overall, Dhelmise CES 22 could be a situational inclusion in a healing-focused Grass deck but may not be a top-tier choice for consistent play.
