A deck focused on Grass-type Pokémon with energy acceleration and coin flip manipulation would benefit from including Crustle NVI 7, as its X-Scissor attack can deal significant damage with a chance for additional damage. However, there are better options available in terms of consistency and power, such as other stage 1 Grass-type Pokémon with stronger attacks and less self-damage drawbacks. Crustle NVI 7 may not be the optimal choice for competitive play, but could still be a fun addition in casual decks for its unique playstyle.
