Cheerleader's Cheer UL 71, , designed by Kouki Saitou first released in May, 2022 in the set HS—Unleashed and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on drawing cards and maintaining hand advantage would benefit from including Cheerleader's Cheer UL 71 in their strategy. While this card provides a decent draw power by allowing the player to draw 3 cards, it also gives the opponent a chance to draw a card, potentially balancing the card advantage. However, there are more efficient draw supporter cards available in the Pokemon TCG, such as Professor's Research, which allows the player to discard their hand and draw 7 cards without giving the opponent any benefit. Therefore, Cheerleader's Cheer UL 71 may not see much play in competitive decks compared to other more powerful draw supporter cards.
