This card, Boss's Orders RCL 189, would greatly benefit a deck focused on disrupting your opponent's strategy by manipulating their Active and Benched Pokémon positions. While it is a powerful card for control decks, some may argue that Guzma from the Sun & Moon expansion is a better option due to its additional effect of switching your own Active Pokémon. However, Boss's Orders RCL 189 can still be a valuable addition to decks aiming to disrupt opponent setups and should definitely see play in such strategies.
