This card, See Beyond, would be beneficial in a control or combo deck that focuses on card advantage and manipulation. While it provides card draw, the downside of shuffling a card back into your library may not always be ideal. There are potentially better options like Ponder or Preordain which offer card selection without the drawback of shuffling. Whether See Beyond should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy within the deck, as well as the overall card pool available.
