Saint Charlos OP13-087 is a very low-cost 2k power **Blocker** with 1000 counter, which means the only decks that would consider it are black decks that care about low-cost bodies or self-mill; however, the **[On Play] trash 1 from the top of your deck** is generally a downside unless you’re specifically enabling graveyard-based effects (such as Gecko Moria, Sakazuki, or other black leaders that interact with trash). Even in those decks, though, a 2-cost 2000 power blocker is extremely fragile and inefficient compared to better black staples like **Borsalino (OP02)**, which is a far more durable blocker that can’t be KO’d by effects under certain conditions, or **Fukurou (OP03)** and **Tashigi**-type utility blockers that provide stronger tempo or synergy. Because Charlos provides no real advantage, pressure, or meaningful synergy beyond being a weak body with 1k counter, it is largely outclassed in competitive builds and would rarely see serious play outside of very niche self-mill ex
