A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by putting their Active Pokémon to sleep and dealing damage based on their energy attachments would benefit from including Ralts SS 74. However, there are better cards with similar effects, such as Hypno from the same set, which can put the opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep and also has a more powerful attack. Ralts SS 74 could see play in a budget deck or as a tech card, but for a more competitive deck, other options may be more effective.
