This card is advantageous in decks that aim to prolong the game and maintain board presence by healing key attackers or defending Pokémon. However, there are arguably better options, such as Max Potion, which heals all damage from a Pokémon but requires discarding all Energy attached to it, or even cards like Cheryl, which can heal and reset your Pokémon while also providing additional utility.
