This Pikachu MD 70 card would benefit a Lightning-type deck that focuses on quick and powerful attacks. Its Quick Attack ability can deal damage quickly, and its Volt Tackle attack provides a strong hit at the cost of some self-damage. However, there are better cards available with more powerful attacks and abilities that could be more effective in competitive play, such as Raichu GX or Tapu Koko GX. Overall, while Pikachu MD 70 may be fun to use in casual play, it may not be the most optimal choice for a competitive deck.
