About Leftovers GE 99

A deck that focuses on tanky, high HP Pokémon that can benefit from healing effects would benefit from using Leftovers GE 99. While Leftovers provides a consistent way to remove damage counters, there are better options available such as cards like Big Charm or Buff Padding that provide additional benefits like increased HP or damage reduction.
