About Bronzong PFL 72
Bronzong PFL 72, Pokémon - stage 1, designed by Masako Tomii first released in Dec, 2025 in the set Phantasmal Flames.
Bronzong PFL 72 fits best in a dedicated “Tool Drop” deck, where you flood the board with Pokémon Tools (especially low-cost, easily attachable Tools like Silver Bangle, Float Stone, or Rescue Scarf from that era) to maximize Tool Drop’s 40× damage scaling, often pairing it with Garbodor DRX (which also uses Tool Drop) to create a non-EX, prize-trading deck that can hit very high numbers for only three Colorless Energy. However, Garbodor DRX is generally the better Tool Drop attacker because it has higher HP and a more disruptive Ability (Garbotoxin) that can shut off opposing Abilities when it has a Tool attached, giving the deck stronger overall utility and consistency. Triple Draw is decent early-game support but slow for competitive play, as dedicated Supporters like Professor Juniper/Sycamore or N already provide stronger draw power. Overall, Bronzong can function as an additional or budget Tool Drop attacker in a fun or rogue build, but it was not typically the optimal choice in
