This Wooper TRR 81 card would benefit a Water-type deck focused on healing and removing Special Conditions. While its Saturation ability can be useful for maintaining Wooper's health, there are more powerful Water-type Pokémon cards with stronger attacks and abilities that may be better suited for competitive play, such as Lapras VMAX or Blastoise V.
