Whiscash DR 48, , designed by Tomokazu Komiya first released in May, 2022 in the set Dragon and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Whiscash card could be beneficial in a water-themed deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's bench with its Magnitude attack while providing protection with its Submerge ability. However, in competitive play, there are other stage 1 water Pokémon cards with stronger attacks and abilities that may be more effective, such as Swampert from the same set, which has higher HP and a more versatile attack. Therefore, while Whiscash has its niche uses, it may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
