A deck utilizing Victini V would benefit from its ability to deal additional damage against Pokémon V, making it particularly effective against decks featuring these powerful Pokémon. However, Victini V's requirement to discard all energy after using its Flare Shot attack may limit its usefulness in the long run. Other Fire-type Pokémon with more sustainable energy requirements, such as Volcanion V from the Sword & Shield expansion, may be better suited for competitive play.
