Victini-EX PLS 18, Pokémon - basic ex, designed by Eske Yoshinob first released in May, 2022 in the set Plasma Storm.
A deck that would benefit from using Victini-EX would be one focused on fast energy acceleration and exploiting the Pokémon-EX mechanic, such as a Fire-type deck with strong Pokémon-EX attackers like Charizard-EX or Reshiram-EX, as Victini's Turbo Energize can quickly power them up. While Victini-EX is a solid choice for energy acceleration, cards like Dedenne-GX or Crobat V may provide better utility with their draw power and ability to disrupt the opponent. Ultimately, whether Victini-EX should see play depends on the current meta; if there are many Pokémon-EX in play, its damage potential with Intensifying Burn could make it a valuable asset, but in a more diverse format, other options may be more competitive.
