Tranquill EPO 81 could fit well in a budget or beginner deck focused on colorless Pokémon, as its attacks require minimal energy investment and it offers decent damage output for a stage 1 Pokémon. However, its reliance on a coin flip for the first attack and relatively low damage might limit its effectiveness in competitive play. Cards like Dedenne-GX or Zeraora V, which provide better consistency and higher damage potential, would generally be considered stronger options in a competitive context. While Tranquill can be fun in casual play, it may not see significant success in more serious tournaments.
