This Skarmory UD 21 card would be beneficial in a Metal-type deck that focuses on quick energy acceleration and efficient energy attachment. It can help set up other Pokémon by providing Metal Energy quickly and has a decent attack in Razor Wing. However, there are potentially better cards with more powerful abilities or attacks that could be more impactful in competitive play, such as Corviknight V from the Sword & Shield expansion which offers more versatility and power.
