Lucario LA 61 would fit well in a Fighting-type deck that focuses on dealing consistent damage while applying pressure to the opponent's Pokémon, especially if it includes cards that can place damage counters on the opponent's Pokémon to maximize the effectiveness of Spike Lariat. However, there are stronger options available, such as Lucario & Melmetal-GX, which offers more versatility and higher damage potential with its attacks and GX move. While Lucario LA 61 can see play in a themed or fun deck, it may not be competitive enough compared to more powerful cards in the current meta.
