This Frillish card could be beneficial in a water-based deck that focuses on energy manipulation and healing strategies. While its Recover ability can provide sustainability by healing all damage, its Rain Splash attack may not be very powerful at 10 damage. In comparison to other water-type Pokémon cards with stronger attacks or more versatile abilities, Frillish may not be the best choice for competitive play, but it could still be fun to include in casual decks for its unique healing ability.
