A deck focusing on Grass-type Pokémon with energy acceleration and coin-flip manipulation abilities would benefit from including Exeggcute TEU 8, as it can potentially deal high damage with its Bullet Seed attack. However, there are better options available such as Shaymin Prism Star LOT 77, which has a more reliable and powerful attack. Exeggcute TEU 8 may not see much play in competitive decks due to its reliance on coin flips and lower damage output compared to other Grass-type Pokémon cards.
