A deck that would benefit from using Coalossal BST 80 would be one focused on maximizing energy attachment, such as a Fighting-type or colorless energy deck that includes cards that can accelerate energy onto Coalossal quickly, allowing it to utilize its powerful Wild Tackle attack effectively. However, there are arguably better options, such as cards like Rayquaza VMAX, which can deal significant damage without self-inflicted harm and has more consistent energy requirements.
