A deck focused on disrupting the opponent's strategy by increasing their Retreat Costs would benefit from including Bellossom BCR 4, as its Grass Knot attack can deal significant damage based on the Colorless Energy in the Defending Pokémon's Retreat Cost. However, there are better options available in the current meta for Grass-type decks, such as Shaymin-EX or Decidueye-GX, which offer more versatility and power.
