The All-You-Can-Eat Buffet card would be beneficial in a ramp or control deck that focuses on generating card advantage and mana efficiency, as it allows you to play lands and cast creature spells directly from the top of your library. However, for a competitive deck, there are better options like Oracle of Mul Daya which allows you to play an additional land each turn and see the top card of your library. All-You-Can-Eat Buffet could be an interesting and fun addition to a casual deck, but it may not see much play in competitive environments due to its high mana cost and limited impact compared to other cards.
