This card would be a great fit in a sacrifice-themed deck, particularly in a black-based deck with access to plenty of cheap creatures to sacrifice. It synergizes well with strategies that involve sacrificing creatures for value, such as Aristocrats decks. While Skyclave Shadowcat offers card draw potential, there are stronger options like Woe Strider or Village Rites that provide more immediate value and flexibility, making them better choices in most scenarios. However, in a specific sacrifice-focused deck, Skyclave Shadowcat could still find a place as a solid support card.
