Sandile PFL 64 is a very basic, low-impact Basic Darkness-type Pokémon that would only fit into a very beginner-level or Limited-format Darkness deck, mainly as an early-game placeholder to evolve into Krokorok/Krookodile rather than as an attacker, since 10 damage for one Energy and 20 for two Energy is far below competitive standards. It doesn’t meaningfully benefit any serious Darkness deck strategy, as stronger Basic Darkness Pokémon like Sableye (for utility), Yveltal (for efficient damage output), or even other evolving Darkness Basics with better attacks or HP provide far more value. Because its damage output is weak, its Retreat Cost is mediocre, and it offers no useful Ability or disruptive effect, it generally should not see competitive play and would only be used if required to evolve into a specific Krookodile line in a casual or theme-style deck.
