Puffer Extract could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and has ways to repeatedly generate creatures to take advantage of the temporary boost it provides. However, there are better options like [[Might of Old Krosa]] or [[Become Immense]] which offer permanent buffs without the drawback of destruction, making them more versatile and reliable choices for competitive play. Puffer Extract may be fun in casual decks or specific brews, but in most cases, it might not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats.
