A deck that focuses on drawing cards and cycling through its deck quickly would benefit from including N NVI 101 as it allows for a fresh hand and potentially more cards drawn based on remaining Prize cards. However, there are other Supporter cards like Cynthia or Professor's Research that provide more consistent card draw without the potential downside of shuffling your hand back into the deck. N NVI 101 could see situational play in decks that aim to disrupt the opponent's hand size or strategy.
