EXP.ALL RG 91, , designed by Keiji Kinebuchi first released in May, 2022 in the set FireRed & LeafGreen and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The EXP. ALL card is particularly beneficial in decks that focus on spreading out energy among multiple Pokémon, such as those utilizing a swarm strategy or decks that feature multiple basic Pokémon, as it allows for energy transfer upon a Knocked Out Pokémon, maintaining energy resources. However, it may not be the most competitive choice compared to cards like Energy Recycler or Welder, which provide more consistent energy recovery or acceleration without the risk of discarding the tool. Given the evolving meta and the prevalence of stronger energy management options, EXP. ALL may see limited play in competitive formats, primarily appealing to casual players or specific niche strategies.

Attach EXP. ALL to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex and Pokémon that has an owner in its name) that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card.

During your opponent's turn, if 1 of your Active Pokémon is Knocked Out by your opponent's attack, you may take 1 basic Energy card attached to that Knocked Out Pokémon and attach it to the Pokémon with EXP.ALL attached to it. If you do, discard EXP.ALL.
