A deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from including Duskull BCR 61, as its Confuse Ray attack can help create uncertainty and hinder the opponent's strategy. However, there are better options available, such as Dusclops CES 65, which evolves from Duskull and has more versatile abilities. While Duskull BCR 61 could be situationally useful, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play compared to other cards with stronger effects.
