A deck that focuses on drawing and cycling through cards quickly would benefit from using Wicke BUS 127 in the Pokemon TCG. Decks that rely on specific combos or need to find key cards quickly would find this card useful. However, there are better options available such as Professor's Research, which allows for a more immediate and larger card draw without the need to shuffle cards back into the deck. While Wicke BUS 127 can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to other more efficient draw support cards.
