Tangrowth STS 2 would fit well in a Grass-type deck that focuses on healing and sustaining your Pokémon, as its Leaf Storm attack not only deals damage but also heals your Grass Pokémon, enhancing their longevity in battle. Decks that utilize multiple Grass Pokémon can capitalize on this healing effect, making it synergistic with cards like Vileplume or other Grass-type Pokémon that benefit from being on the field longer. However, there are stronger options available, such as Venusaur from the same set, which can provide better damage output and additional support. While Tangrowth STS 2 has its merits, it may not be the most competitive choice in the current meta, and its playability would depend on the overall synergy of your deck and your local competition.
