This card, Shopping Center EVS 157, would be beneficial in a deck that heavily relies on Pokémon Tools to enhance the abilities of their Pokémon. Decks that focus on maximizing the effects of Tools, such as those that increase damage output or provide strategic advantages, would find value in being able to recycle and reuse these Tools consistently throughout the game. However, in decks where Pokémon Tools are not a central component or where the ability to retrieve them is not crucial, other Trainer cards that offer more immediate or impactful effects may be preferred over Shopping Center EVS 157.
