Sceptile RS 20, , designed by Ken Sugimori first released in May, 2022 in the set Ruby & Sapphire and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Sceptile RS 20 card would be beneficial in a Grass-type deck focused on energy acceleration and spreading damage with its Tail Rap attack. However, in the current meta, there are stronger Stage 2 Grass Pokémon cards available with more powerful attacks and abilities, such as Decidueye-GX or Rillaboom VMAX, making Sceptile RS 20 less likely to see competitive play.
