Samsara Dragon, Dragon effect monster, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set Ghosts From the Past: The 2nd Haunting.

A Dragon-themed deck focused on Tribute Summoning high-Level Dragon monsters would greatly benefit from including Samsara Dragon in its strategy. This card's ability to count as 2 Tributes for a Tribute Summon, as well as its graveyard effect to retrieve and immediately Tribute Summon a Level 5 or higher Dragon monster, provides valuable support for quickly bringing out powerful Dragons onto the field. However, in more competitive decks, where faster and more consistent strategies are preferred, Samsara Dragon may not see as much play compared to other cards that offer more immediate and impactful effects.
