Rose DAA 168 would be beneficial in a deck centered around Pokémon VMAX that heavily relies on energy acceleration. Decks like Eternatus VMAX or Dragapult VMAX could benefit from this card to quickly power up their main attackers. However, there are better options available such as Marnie or Boss's Orders which provide more versatile effects. Rose DAA 168 may not see as much play due to its limited utility compared to other supporter cards in the current meta.
