About Raichu GEN RC9

Raichu GEN RC9, Pokémon - stage 1, designed by Aya Kusube first released in May, 2022 in the set Generations.

A deck that focuses on quickly filling up the Bench with multiple Pokémon would greatly benefit from using Raichu GEN RC9, as its Circle Circuit attack can deal significant damage based on the number of Pokémon on the Bench. However, in a competitive setting, there are potentially better options available that offer more consistency and power, such as Raichu & Alolan Raichu-GX from the Unified Minds set, which has a stronger GX attack and better overall stats. While Raichu GEN RC9 can be fun to play with, it may not be the most optimal choice for a competitive deck.
